US Supreme Court rejects federal ban on gun ‘bump stocks’

There’s a device that converts a rifle into a weapon capable of firing hundreds of rounds of ammunition in minutes. But the US Supreme Court has just lifted a ban on what’s referred to as a "bump stock". The ruling has divided America ahead of the US presidential election later this year, as Selina Downes reports from Washington DC.
