Kejriwal hopes to challenge Modi as New Delhi votes

India’s capital New Delhi will vote on May 25 for seven parliamentary seats. A lot is at stake for Arvind Kejriwal, the city's chief minister who’s among key challengers to Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Kejriwal was arrested in March on charges of money laundering, and is currently out on bail. Smita Sharma reports.
