US and Japan vow new security collaboration with eye on China

US President Joe Biden and Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida have announced plans to strengthen military cooperation to counter the threat from China.

The deal was unveiled during Kishida's official visit to the US. As our North America Correspondent Jon Brain reports, Washington has rolled out the red carpet for the Japanese leader.
