Kremlin critic Alexey Navalny in court over new extremism charges

Russian opposition leader Alexey Navalny has appeared in court facing new charges. He's accused of establishing an extremist organisation. If convicted he could face a further 30 years in prison. He is already serving nine years on charges of fraud and contempt of court. Navalny has long been Russia's leading dissident, campaigning against official corruption and President Vladimir Putin.
