Lauren Pozen reports from the Rose Bowl, where less than 24 hours earlier the Cruel World Festival came to a sudden stop, cutting off performers Iggy Pop and Siouxsie, after a severe lightning storm was expected to hit the area. Fans were allowed to return to the venue Sunday in order to make up for the missed performances.
