Ewan McGregor watched The Mandalorian to prepare for the character of Obi-Wan.

Hayden Christensen was incredibly excited to reprise his role as Darth Vader for the first time in 17 years. He also took things a step further on refreshing himself on the franchise by watching both The Clone Wars and Star Wars Rebels to see what was done with his character in those shows.
