ISTANBUL
Lewis Hamilton triumphed Sunday to win the Mexican Grand Prix, bringing him one step closer to a sixth career Formula One championship.
The 18th race of the 2019 Formula 1 season involved 71 laps at the 4.304-kilometer (2.674-mile) Autodromo Hermanos Rodriquez race track in Mexico City.
Hamilton started the race in the third row and worked his way up the grid to his 10th win of the season.
The 19th race will be held on Nov. 3.
